Fuller House star Lori Loughlin and her spouse Mossimo Gianulli are also charged in the nationwide indictment. Huffman and Loughlin are being charged with conspiracy to commit mail fraud and honest services fraud. Loughlin’s husband, Mr. Gianulli, has also been arrested. Loughlin was out of the country due to work, and not arrested as of press time.

PREVIOUSLY, 8:37 AM: (UPDATED with information from law enforcement press conference): Felicity Huffman and Lori Loughlin knowingly broke the law trying to get their kids into top-tier colleges, according to the FBI and the U.S Attorney’s office for the district of Massachusetts.” data-reactid=”27″ type=”text”>Huffman and Gianulli were taken into custody with 11 other Los Angeles locals on Tuesday as an indictment was unsealed in federal court in Boston. They appeared in downtown L.A. court on Tuesday on charges of conspiracy to commit mail fraud and honest services fraud. Among 33 parents and 17 others under indictment, the charges could see the actors behind bars for up to five years.
