Cycle on 2nd, a recreational, non-competitive community bicycle ride, returns September 8, 2019.

From 8 a.m. – 10 a.m., the southbound lanes of North 2nd Street from the Auburn interchange to State Street will be closed to traffic. It will be open to bikes!

You’ll be able to cruise down the streets safety, without a worry of a vehicle. This is a great opportunity to get out of the house with the kids and enjoy a bike ride before fall sets in.

It’s a free event so there is no need to register ahead of time.

While you’re riding down 2nd, make sure to stop by the Trolley Station, Madison Street near the Jefferson Street underpass, where there will be vendors with food, fun and games from 8 a.m. – 11 a.m.! During the festivities, kids can participate in a safety rodeo and get fitted for a free helmet.
