What will Kris bring to our Rockford IceHogs this year?

Experience, and history.  He’s been to the promised land (Stanley Cup Finals) and has not one, but TWO championship rings to prove it.  He’s no stranger to Rockford having been a part of the IceHogs roster in 2006-07 at the beginning of his career.  Now he comes back to the ‘Hogs to wrap up his professional playing days, skating along with young NHL hopefuls teaching them what it takes to make it all the way.   How many of those hopefuls do you think will ask to try on one of his Stanley Cup rings??

The new season starts this Friday in Iowa against the Wild.  Next Friday the 11th – it’s the home opener as the ‘Hogs take on Grand Rapids.  All Friday Night home games this season are also “X Two Buck Bud Light Nights”.  We’ll bring the koozies.  See you there!
