This weekend, downtown Rockford will begin its transformation into the Christmas wonderland that has become so crucial to the Stroll On State and downtown holiday shopping experience every year! Thousands of lights, trees, presents, and garland will be added downtown through the help of hundreds of local volunteers, but that group is still seeking additional volunteers for all projects.
Downtown Decoration Days:
- When: Friday & Saturday (Nov. 22 & 23)
- Volunteer Shifts: 2 shifts each day – 8am-noon & 1pm-5pm
- Where: Santa’s Sharefest Workshop located at 310 S. Winnebago St. in Rockford
