While enjoying the summer like weather this weekend, 815 Outside invites to bike the Kishwaukee Bike Path this Sunday, October 11 from 2-3pm. You’ll bike about 6 miles of paved trail through Blackhawk Springs and Kishwaukee River Forest Preserves. The trail has some small hills and one big hill, so you’ll burn a few calroies while enjoying the beautiful fall colors.

This is a free event, just bring your own bike and helmet. The park entrance is located at 5360 Mulford Road in Rockford. Let’s petal!
