Darth Hater: Remember little Anakin Skywalker from Star Wars Episode 1 … you know, little Darth Vader from The Phantom Menace? Well, there’s a new book called The Star Wars Archives 1999 thru 2005, and in that book, you learn that studio executives told George Lucas that showing Darth Vader as a child you quote “Destroy the Franchise”… fans hated young Anakin and pretty much all the prequels, but the movies still made bank. So the execs were both right and wrong. Read this.

Showrunner Runs: There’s a new batman TV Spinoff series in the works, but they may have hit a snag as the show runner just left. Terence Winter left his post citing creative differences. Not much is known about exactly what peeved him off, but we do know that it involved disagreements with Matt Reeves, the director, and some of the shows producers. Story here.

Cyberchunk: If you’re looking to play Cyberpunk 2077 when it finally comes out you better clear some hard drive space on your console. Leaked PS4 packaging shows that the game has a 70 GB minimum, which for a minimum is a big chunk. We’re still looking at a December 10th release date, but as we told you before, games keep getting pushed back, so we shall see. More here.
