Lutheran-Illinois State-Jacksonville Jaguars RB James Robinson:

The Jaguars forced Minnesota into Overtime last Sunday but fell short at the end losing 27-24 on the road. James Robinson had a huge part in the game finishing with over 108 total yards of offense. Robinson had 78 rushing yards on 18 carries including a rushing touchdown to go along with his team high 6 receptions for 30 more yards. The Jaguars rookie RB now has 1,278 total yards on the season which happens to be the most by an undrafted rookie through week 13 in NFL history! This Sunday the Jaguars will host their division rival Tennessee Titans which will be a big game for Robinson who needs just 32 more rushing yards to surpass 1,000 rushing yards this season.

Boylan-Wisconsin-Platteville-New Orleans Saints-Arizona Cardinals TE Dan Arnold:

Last Sunday was a career day for the former Boylan Titan. Dan Arnold not only led the team in receiving but he also hauled in 2 huge touchdown catches from 2nd year QB Kyler Murray. Arnold finished the game with 2 receptions on 3 targets for 61 yards (30.5yards average) including 2 scores. Dan Arnold is now 5th on the team in both receptions & receiving yards while also tied for 3rd on the team in touchdowns with 3. Currently Arnold has 20rec for 286yards & 3TDs on the season.

Boylan-Northwestern-Green Bay Packers DL Dean Lowry:

Dean Lowry had a breakout game for himself as well over the weekend! The former Rockford standouts all had outstanding games last Sunday. Dean Lowry & the Green Bay Packers took care of the Eagles easily by the final score of 30-16. Lowry finished 2nd on the team in total tackles with 6 including 2 solo tackles. Lowry also had 2 QB hits in the game including 1 that resulted in a sack. Hopefully Dean Lowry will be able to keep his hot streak going next week as the team travels across the state border to battle the Detroit Lions.

At the College Level:

Harlem-Syracuse Orange DL Joshua Black:

Last Sunday the Syracuse Orange were defeated by the Notre Dame fighting Irish dropping the Orange’s record to 1-10 to finish out the year. Joshua Black finished that game with 2 total tackles including 1 tackle for loss. After the game Joshua went to social media to address the rumors on if he will turn pro or come back for 1 final season at Syracuse. In a statement he released “I’ve got unfinished business I need to take care of”. Sounds like Joshua Black will return for 1 final season with the Orange!

East E-Rab-Middle Tennessee State OL Robert Jones:

The former East star linemen Robert “Big Rob” Jones officially declared for the 2021 NFL Draft last weekend and was selected to participate in the East-West Shrine Bowl!
