Christmas came early this year for residents in the area. Rockford’s Forest Plaza and Olivo Tacos (and Olivo Doorbusters) has come up with a creative way to bring people out for some fun! Right now, if you drive past the old Toys R US which is now being transformed into the new Dick’s Sporting Goods location, you will see the crew setting up a new ice rink where you can skate, curl, and some socially distanced seating… AND TACOS!

According to the Forest Plaza Facebook page, they are setting up the rink to open next week for Tacos and Skates! To give you an idea of what it will look like, below are some of the photos from their other plaza loomingdale, Illinois.
