Marilyn Manson, dropped from his record label after actress Evan Rachel Wood and three other women accused him of abuse, responded to the allegations yesterday.

In a post on Instagram, Manson wrote, “Obviously, my art and my life have long been magnets for controversy, but these recent claims about me are horrible distortions of reality. My intimate relationships have always been entirely consensual with like-mind partners. Regardless of how – and why – others are now choosing to misrepresent the past, that is the truth.”

Manson has now also been dropped from his roles in the TV shows “Creep Show” and “American Gods.” Manson’s ex, Rose McGowan, is also showing support Wood and the other women that have come forward.
