After a slow start, the IceHogs decided to make some moves. They have released goaltender Scott Darling from his Professional Tryout Agreement. The former Stanley Cup champion last saw action in a 5-2 loss to the Wolves making only 22 saves. Darling was key to the Chicago Blackhawks winning the Stanley Cup in 2015.

The IceHogs will also be without the help of defensemen Anton Lindholm for the next 4-6 weeks. Lindholm fractured his left thumb on February, 12th.

The IceHogs look to turn thing around on their 0-3-1 season when they take on Grand Rapids tonight at 6p. You’ll find that live on Sportsfan Radio 1330.
