What is the first thing you do when you wake up? Like most people, the first thing you do is probably check your phone, check your emails, and check social media. You may not realize it but you could be suffering from FOMO… or “fear of missing out.” We want to know what the world is doing before we even start our own day.

Though we don’t want to miss out on anything, it’s always good to unplug, put down your phone, breathe, and focus on yourself.

• Get some fresh air or change up your setting
• Jot down a goal for your business
• Stretch or meditate to reclaim your focus
• Refill your water bottle or refuel with a snack
• (Re)organize your workspace and start fresh
