For the first time since suffering a wrist injury that required surgery at the World Juniors Chicago Blackhawks Center Kirby Dach skated with the team on Monday. Dach joined a few other players for an optional skate on Monday afternoon in Chicago. It was Dach’s first practice back since his wrist surgery on Dec 28th. Dach was projected to miss 4 to 5 months. While it was nice to see Dach back on the ice, Hawks head coach Jeremy Colliton told the media that Dach still has a ways to go before returning to the Hawks lineup. Dach will travel with the team on their 6 game road trip that will begin Tuesday night in Dallas.
