If you’ve been eagerly awaiting the next God of War game, you will have to wait a little longer. According to Herman Hulst of PlayStation Studios, the game has been delayed to 2022. The decision was made to ensure that the game is the “amazing God of War game” that everyone is expecting. Players can still expect Horizon Forbidden West this year as promised.

If you have ever seen the Super Mario Brothers movie from the early 90’s, there’s probably a good reason. It stunk. However, there are droves of cult ironic fans of the movie some of whom have put together an extended cut of the film featuring about 20 minutes of deleted scenes pushing the film over the two hour mark. The film starred Bob Hoskins, the short English bald guy as Brooklyn Italian plumber Mario, and John Leguizamo as Luigi. None of the characters looked anything like they do in the game, and that includes the inexplicable interpretation of Koopa played by Dennis Hopper. So if your biggest problem with this hunk of garbage was that it was too short, problem solved.

A movie based on the video game Borderlands is on its way starring Cate Blanchett as Lilith, the film’s heroine. We now have a slight inkling of the look and feel of the movie since Jamie Lee Curtis, who also stars in the film, posted the first bit of artwork from the movie on her Instagram page.
