Retired Rockford police chief, Dan O’Shea, will be honored at the Ethnic Heritage Museum for his Irish heritage. The Irish Gallery of the museum will honor O’Shea as the Irish Man of the Year. This comes in a combination with his pride in his heritage and the impact he made in his 32-year career in law enforcement.
You can see his honor in the Irish Gallery at the Ethnic Heritage Museum on July 11th from 1-4 pm.
