ROCKFORD — Crusader Community Health is partnering with the Cosmopolitan Club of Rockford, the American Diabetes Association and Top Box Foods to hold a food giveaway from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m. on Monday, Nov. 22 at Crusader’s West State Street Clinic.

The clinic is located at 1200 W. State St., where fresh produce and healthy proteins will be handed out.
