ROCKFORD — You will no longer be required to wear masks at Rockford IceHogs games or other events at the BMO Harris Bank Center and Coronado Performing Arts Center.

The two entertainment venues said Monday, as the state ended its indoor mask mandate, that they also would no longer require masks. However, some performers may require it for individual shows.

“Certain event promoters may independently make additional requirements which could include, without limitation, mandatory facemask requirements at all times,” ASM Global, the two venues’ management company, said in a news release. “We will advise primary ticket purchasers for each event of the health and safety protocols ultimately applicable to such event when determined, which shall, as applicable, be informed by CDC, state, city, event promoter, and/or sport governing body COVID-19 health and safety guidance and protocols.”
