BELVIDERE — Grab your flashlight, put on some comfy walking shoes and get ready to shop at Moon-Lite Madness this Saturday.

Antiques, crafts, furniture, old comics, toys, memorabilia, collectibles and estate jewelry are just some of the hidden gems you’ll find at this late night flea market in Belvidere this weekend.

“No need for suntan lotion at this market,” said Bob Zurko of Zurko’s Midwest Promotions, promoter of the event. He said it’s a night of “flea and fun.”

It’s treasure-hunting at its finest and a great opportunity for those who can’t attend a flea market during the day.

In tents indoors and outdoors you’ll find dealers everywhere at the Boone County Fairgrounds from 3 to midnight as the market goes rain or “moon shine.”

Admission is $5 and kids 12 and younger enter free.
