Dennis Horton, director of the Rockford Regional Office of the Better Business Bureau, joins Steve Summers on This Week in the Stateline to warn about back-to-school scams.
“Kids are heading back to school, and that signals the end of summer, but it does also signal the beginning of back-to-school scams,” Horton said.
