Join local Artist and Registered Yoga Teacher, Rhiannon Yandell for this 90 minute art and yoga workshop in our main gallery. First, you will learn more about the museum’s feature exhibition with a brief guided tour by Rockford Art Museum’s Assistant Curator, then you will be guided through a meditation followed by a gentle, vinyasa style yoga practice suitable for all ability levels.

Participants are required to bring their own mats. Please register early as space is limited.
