Danny McDade from the Irish Marching Society talks about this year's parade and its efforts to dye the Rock River in honor of Saint Patrick's Day.

The parade kicks off in downtown at 3 p.m. Saturday, March 11. It's followed by PaddyFest at The Standard on State, 214. E. State St., Rockford.
